Learn how playing with your child can promote healthy cognitive and emotional development. Our playgroup includes songs, games and play that promote language acquisition, social/emotional skills, motor skills, and intellectual growth. Practice your English conversation skills with trained volunteer tutors from Literacy Volunteers of Tucson, a program of Literacy Connects. Toddler Storytime is for children 18- to 36-months-old. Parents and children interact through stories, songs, and rhymes. Stories are kept short to fit toddlers' attention spans. Each program is 20 to 30 minutes.
