Letís Get Fit - Preschool Storytime

Come to this special storytime presented by the Tucson Childrenís Museum.

Itís never too early to learn how to be healthy and strong. Little ones learn about the food groups and how to eat balanced meals and play fun fitness games.

Designed for 3- to 5-year-olds and their parents or caregivers. Stories are longer than the Toddler Storytime and the activities are more complex. Children must be able to sit still for a longer period of time than during Toddler Storytime. Preschool Storytime is 30 to 45 minutes long.

UA Sarver Heart Center Tucson Lecture Series and Chest-Compression-Only CPR Training

Join us to learn how to prevent and manage heart diseases and stroke at these community lectures presented by leading physicians, scientists and dietitians from the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center and University of Arizona Medical Center, in collaboration with Pima County Public Library.

Youíll also learn how to respond if you witness a sudden cardiac arrest. In fact, if youíre a man over age 40, you have a one in eight chance of suffering a cardiac arrest. Learn this lifesaving skill! Someoneís life may be in your hands.

All lectures are free and open to the public. Free parking is available.
