Meditation for Everyone
In this busy, fast-paced world, peace seems like an elusive commodity. Research has found that meditation is a highly effective way to reduce stress-related conditions, including high blood pressure.
Please join us for a four-part series of meditation classes that will cover the research and benefits of meditation, relaxation activities for calming the body and mind, and a simple meditation technique. By the end of the series, participants should be comfortable with the process of meditation. Instructor Pat Ambrosic has been meditating more than 40 years and teaches free meditation classes in Tucson and Ohio. The meditation is non-sectarian. All programs are free.
