Introduction to Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft PowerPoint is a software program for creating and showing presentations that include slides, outlines, speaker's notes and audience handouts. In this course designed for beginners, you will learn the fundamentals of PowerPoint. Practice using text, pictures and clip art, and then edit your presentation to make it look professional.
General knowledge of the Windows operating system and some knowledge of Microsoft Word are recommended prerequisites.
Session 5 of 5. Call 520-594-5365 starting Wednesday, December 26th to register. Registration is limited to 10 students.

Designed for children 18- to 36-months-old. Parents/caregivers and children interact through stories, songs, and rhymes. Stories are kept short to fit the toddlers' short attention spans. Each Toddler Storytime is 20 to 30 minutes long. Storytime begins 1/2 hour before the library opens. This allows us to enjoy our time with the children. Staff will open the door.

Paul Vasquez details three decades of interaction with desert tortoises. The Vasquez family moved to Ajo 30 years ago. Son Steven, 8 at the time, asked Dad for a pet tortoise. That was the beginning of a long-term relationship with, and education about, desert tortoises, which are the product of millions of years of evolution.
