Manage Weight to Improve Health
Since August 20, 2011, Mimi Klaiman, M.D., has lost 100 pounds non-surgically. She used no special foods, medicines, or weight loss products. She did use a certain exercise routine, a certain set of rules about food consumption, and a philosophy of weight loss.
If you are interested in losing weight, or are supporting the weight-loss success of someone close to you, and surgery is not part of the plan, you are invited to listen as one successful dieter shares her story.
