Join us for a three-day Digital Media Mini Camp with iTNation. Each day stretch your creativity and learn new digital media skills, including photo and video editing, sound production and scratch animation. Classes are taught by high school students who have successfully completed 30 hours of training with the iTNation intern program.

This is a three-day class beginning on January 2 and continuing through January 4. These classes are designed for Middle and High School students.

Our computer instructor is available to answer questions you might have on a wide variety of computer topics. Topics include resume writing, online job searching, email accounts, Internet searching and more.

Become a Teen Library Advocate

Teens (16 to 18) can earn $100 by giving five presenations about library resources. Attend one training session to learn more. Refreshments provided!

Free Post-Holiday Swap

The library is partnering with FREECYCLE™ to present a Free Post-Holiday Swap. What should you do with that unused item that is just gathering dust in your home? Swap it! This is your chance to swap out things that are in good condition and trade with your neighbors. Please no large items like refrigerators or motorcycles.

Free GED Preparation and Tutoring

At this drop-in session, get help from our tutors to get started preparing for the GED at your own pace. All classes are taught by Pima County Public Library tutors with Adult Education Certification, and will be taught in English. Students ages 16 and older can attend classes.

Please note that children cannot attend these classes. Parents must make their own child care arrangements for children under age 8.

Martha Cooper Branch Library, 1377 N. Catalina Ave. Registration is not required.

Crochet and Knit Club

Join us for companionship and chat while working on a project of your choosing.

Individual Job Counseling

A job counselor from Career Services Unlimited will provide free, one-on-one career counseling on topics including resume writing, choosing a career, updating your interviewing, networking and job search skills, and more. For more information, please call 594-5315.

Free tutoring is available on site for all ages. Subjects include math, science, social studies and writing.
