Healthy Living: Managing Ongoing Health Conditions

Is a workshop developed by Stanford University to help adults and caregivers successfully live with ongoing health conditions. The workshop teaches management skills through interaction, goal setting and action planning. You learn to manage your own health. Attend if you are living with ongoing health issues like hypertension, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, or other conditions. Small-group workshops are 6 weeks long, meeting once a week for 2.5 hours. Healthy Living workshops are taught by trained leaders who often live with chronic conditions. Workshop is conducted in English only and the minimum to start the workshop is 10 participants up to 16.

Workshop is Tuesday, from 10:30am – 1:00pm, April 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28, and June 4.
