2009-2012 Strategic Plan
The library is beginning the planning process that will result in the Strategic Plan for the fiscal years 2009-2012. This planning process will involve input from members of the community.
You can help determine what events and services you'll see at your branch library over the next three years. Community input is being requested meetings that are being held at every library. Find out more about how you can participate.

This strategic planning process provided an excellent opportunity to hear from community leaders, their constituents, and the general public about the role the library should play in our community. It has given library staff an opportunity to use their expertise and creativity in drafting strategic directions. These will allow the Library to focus resources and energy on the areas the community has prioritized as most important.
